Cardinal Co. Florals was born from my own wedding experience. Like many couples, we loved the look of beautiful florals but didn't feel that fresh flowers fit within our budget. We chose to DIY our florals and décor, spending months sourcing items from all over the Metroplex. While it seemed like a cost-effective solution at first, the time, effort, and expenses added up quickly. In the days leading up to our wedding, and even on the wedding day itself, much of our time was spent decorating the venue alongside our family and friends.
Although our wedding was everything we hoped it would be, I often reflect on how much more present we could have been if we had a trusted team managing the florals and décor. That experience inspired the creation of Cardinal Co. Florals. Our mission is to provide couples with beautiful, realistic faux floral and décor rentals that offer the look of luxury without the overwhelming cost of fresh florals. We believe couples deserve to enjoy their engagement and wedding day without the stress of sourcing, setting up, repurposing, and taking down décor. Through thoughtful design, personalized service, and full support from planning to pickup, we help create stunning celebrations that allow our clients to focus on what matters most—being fully present for life's most meaningful moments.
A couple of months before my wedding, I lost my grandma, someone who meant the absolute world to me and my biggest supporter. We miss her endlessly, every single day. know she would be joyfully cheering us on in this journey if she were still here physically, asking almost daily how everything is going and being excited to hear updates. She always sends us signs to let us know her presence is with us, and they’re usually in the form of a little red bird that seems to make an appearance out of nowhere.
Cardinals are said to be a sign that someone from heaven is near, and this became so close to my heart after losing her, as a small gleam of comfort to hold onto.

Cardinal Co. Florals provides luxury floral and décor rentals for weddings and events. We specialize in high-quality real-touch florals that photograph beautifully and stay flawless throughout your entire event. We also offer fresh florals as well to coordinate seamlessly with your floral rentals, in our all-inclusive fresh+faux package.
Due to frequent requests, we also offer more options for fresh florals such as centerpieces and aisle florals. This is a great option for those who would like a custom, mix & match package, where you can determine exactly which pieces you would like to be fresh florals vs. faux florals.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
We are based in the Fort Worth area and serve Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding locations. We are willing to travel!
What types of events do you service?
We service weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and other celebrations.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! Full design support is included in a booked package to help bring your vision to life.
What are “real-touch” florals?
Real-touch florals are high-quality faux flowers designed to look and feel like fresh blooms. They provide the same luxurious look as fresh flowers without wilting or weather concerns.
Do your florals look real in photos?
Yes! Our premium real-touch florals photograph beautifully and maintain their color and shape all day long, making them ideal for weddings and professional photography.
Why choose floral rentals instead of fresh flowers?
Floral rentals can cost significantly less than traditional fresh florals while still delivering a full, luxurious look. Many couples can achieve their dream design for a fraction of the price.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes! Couples can choose from curated floral packages or build their own design with our à la carte options.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely! Packages can be adjusted to fit your vision, and florals are customized to your color palette.
Do you set everything up on the wedding day?
Yes! Our team delivers your florals, carefully sets everything up, and returns after the event to take everything down so you can enjoy your day stress-free. This is included in our packages within 50 miles of our warehouse located in Fort Worth 76123. Additional mileage add-on is available.
Can ceremony florals be reused for the reception?
Yes! We offer repurposing services where we move floral pieces from the ceremony to the reception to maximize your investment. This is included in our packages.
What happens if something changes during planning?
We offer unlimited communication and are happy to make adjustments when possible as your plans evolve.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have your venue and date secured to ensure availability.
How do I start the booking process?
Simply submit an inquiry through our contact form. From there, we will respond with the option to schedule a quick consultation to discuss your vision and determine the best floral options for your event.
How will I receive my contract and invoice?
Your contract and invoice will be sent directly to your inbox for review and signature. If you have any questions before signing, we're always happy to help!
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes! A 50% retainer fee is required to officially reserve your event date. This payment secures your booking and is applied toward your final balance.
When is the final payment due?
For delivery orders, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event date. For pick-up orders, the remaining balance may be paid when you arrive for pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several convenient payment options: Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Venmo, Klarna or Affirm
Where is pick up located?
Pick up is available in South Fort Worth (76123). The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided prior to your rental date.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period runs from one day before your event to one day after your event, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
What if I have questions about my contract or invoice?
We want this process to feel simple and stress-free! If you have any questions regarding your contract, invoice, or booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Can you create custom floral designs?
Yes! If you have a unique vision or inspiration photos, we can work with you to create custom floral arrangements that match your aesthetic.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want?
